Payment
The payment of the full purchase must be settled when an order has been placed and before the design process starts. 
 
Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled before the final artwork and design have been confirmed will be refunded in full. No refund will be made for cancellations after the final artwork and design have been confirmed.
 
Product Returns
We will accept returns and refund your payment if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of delivery. The wall artwork must be returned to Mark Your Wall at your cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition a full refund may not be available. 
 
Misprints
Though we strive to ensure that every custom canvas is delivered without defects, we will repair or replace any canvas with obvious misprints or printing defects reported within 7 days after delivery. 
 
One-Year Warranty
Because of the high-quality craftsmanship of our product, we offer a one-year warranty for the canvas, excluding wooden frames and normal wear and tear.
 
Warranty Exclusions
Because of the custom nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or warranty claims for the following products: 
 · Custom or personalized orders of non-wall artwork
 · Digital downloads and files
 · Items on sale
 
Repairs and Replacement
For all eligible claims for misprints and warranty claims, we will cover the cost of reprinting or repairing the product and delivery. Delivery will be made as soon as it is reasonably possible including standard domestic and international shipping times. 
 
Making a Claim
To make a claim please contact us at markyourwall@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a written description and photo to report the damage or error. 

 

International Shipping

Shipments outside of Vietnam may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
